Refund Eligibility

Standard Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You provide proof of purchase

Pre-Order Refunds

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours after the order is placed. After 48 hours, pre-orders enter production and become non-refundable unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Pre-orders after the 48-hour cancellation window (unless defective)

Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at support@trustgod.nyc with your order number and reason for refund request
  2. We will review your request within 2 business days
  3. If approved, we'll send you return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method (you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Inspection

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If an item does not meet our return criteria (worn, washed, tags removed, etc.), we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the item to you at your expense.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items showing obvious signs of wear or use
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items not returned in original packaging
  • Items damaged during return shipping (customers should insure high-value returns)

Defective or Wrong Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us immediately at support@trustgod.nyc
  • Include photos of the defect or incorrect item
  • We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • You can choose between a full refund or a replacement item
  • Refunds for defective items are processed immediately upon receipt

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please request a refund for your original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the following cases:

  • The item received was defective or damaged
  • We sent the wrong item
  • There was an error on our part

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in denial of future orders.
