Shipping Information
Processing Time
Pre-order items are manufactured on demand to ensure premium quality and minimize waste. Processing times vary depending on production schedules:
- Pre-orders: 4-6 weeks from order date
- In-stock items: 1-3 business days
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We currently ship within the United States using the following methods:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - $8.00
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $18.00
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - $28.00
Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available but may be offered in the future. Please check back or contact us at support@trustgod.nyc for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your TRUSTGOD.NYC apparel. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@trustgod.nyc with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided (you are responsible for return shipping costs)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received was defective or damaged
- We sent the wrong item
- There was an error on our part
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. Follow the same return process and indicate in your email that you'd like an exchange. We'll ship the new item once we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@trustgod.nyc with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
